Robin is... too many things to list, but here is a start: an artist and writer; a photographer and saunterer; a daughter and sister and granddaughter; a friend, a partner, a wife, a mother, and a grandmother; a gardener, a great and imaginative cook, and the creator of wonderful sandwiches.

    1. Thank you, Lynn. 🙂 I know! For me it’s mostly rabbits since the deer don’t come near the gardens, but we had trouble with deer eating our rhododendrons when we lived in NE Ohio. I often wonder how the farmers feel about the deer. Do they plant enough extra stuff for them? We saw about twenty in a cornfield one evening.

  1. My first thought was, “Awwwwww!” But I can’t just ditto those, so….beautiful capture. Perfect timing. Love the way the grass is slightly blurry or soft, and she is in full focus. I wonder if she is pregnant. I’m glad you have extra food for her. She is so pretty. Lovely photo, Robin.

  2. What a sweetheart! Did she stomp her feet at you? I came across a doe yesterday who moved forward and started stomping. Maybe a fawn was around. I stomped back, finally, and she was gone.
