It’s 99 with a real feel of 112! Crazy! But I will take the heat over the snow and cold any day!

I’m a winter person so I don’t do well in heat. Give me snow and ice over heat like this any day. 🙂

Been hot here too but I’m not complaining. It sure beats freezing cold with mountains of snow.

I’ll take the mountains of snow, Helen. There is no way to cool off in this kind of heat. Even the water is too warm for swimming. It feels like a hot tub. At least with the cold I can put on more clothing, get a fire going in the woodstove, wear six pairs of socks, etc.

Oh my lord – really? We had tremendous rains and flooding today but the temps are now at 70ºF so I hope you get the storm without damage and enjoy the cooler weather too.

We did, Lynn. Thank you. It’s beautiful here today. The heat will start building again soon so I’ve spent a lot of time outside today enjoying the break. 🙂
