Water

Blue reflections. (Assateague Island, Virginia)

No water, no life.  No blue, no green.

~ Sylvia Earle

Clarity.

Even if you never have the chance to see or touch the ocean, the ocean touches you with every breath you take, every drop of water you drink, every bite you consume. Everyone, everywhere is inextricably connected to and utterly dependent upon the existence of the sea.

~ Sylvia Earle, The World Is Blue

A few of the 10,000 reasons to be happy:  706) Water, and living near it.  707)  Walking on the sand.  708)  Hands in the earth, gardening and grounding.  709)  Greek mountain tea.  710)  Broccoli rabe (rapini), fresh from the garden.  Yum!!!

Robin and her husband are in the midst of renovating the house and property they refer to as the Wabi-Sabi Ranch, 35 acres that include marsh, a dock on a tidal creek, meadows, and woodlands. Every day brings new discoveries.
