Robin is a photographer, artist, writer, wife, sometime poet, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, friend, and occasional traveler currently living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She finished a 365 commitment to get outside every day in 2011, and has turned it into a lifelong commitment taking one or more walks each day. Robin will continue to share her walks through her words and images on Breezes at Dawn. Older posts can be found at Life in the Bogs, her previous blog. Robin and her husband are in the midst of renovating the house and property they refer to as the Wabi-Sabi Ranch, 35 acres that include marsh, a dock on a tidal creek, meadows, and woodlands. Every day brings new discoveries.

  1. Inhaling, exhaling, pausing, repeating. (Especially remembering to glimpse that pause.) Loved the post card. And the summer sunset is exquisite. Been thinking about you the last couple of days and wanted to say hi.

    1. Thank you, Karma. πŸ™‚ And yes, you certainly may. The front of the postcard is whatever photo I want to use with text inserted using Pixlr (they have a variety of retro fonts that I like for postcards). The back is a free template I found online. I do the text in Pixlr (again, because I like the fonts plus they have “stickers” I can use for the stamp or address section).

  2. What a glorious sky! I just noticed your reply to Karma, I had wondered the same, how do you make such beautiful postcards? I will be looking up Pixlr when I have finished catching up with your posts. Sorry I’m so far behind, a lot has, and still is, going on in my world presently.

    1. No need to catch up, Joanne! Just start from where you are. I am a prolific blogger, mostly because I use my blog as a diary of sorts. I know you have so much going on right now. Hugs.
