Sunrise rainbow

August 2015C 038ab-001

Robin is a photographer, artist, writer, wife, sometime poet, mom, grandma, daughter, sister, friend, and occasional traveler currently living on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She finished a 365 commitment to get outside every day in 2011, and has turned it into a lifelong commitment taking one or more walks each day. Robin will continue to share her walks through her words and images on Breezes at Dawn. Older posts can be found at Life in the Bogs, her previous blog. Robin and her husband are in the midst of renovating the house and property they refer to as the Wabi-Sabi Ranch, 35 acres that include marsh, a dock on a tidal creek, meadows, and woodlands. Every day brings new discoveries.

  1. What a beautiful start to your day! And it sounds like you kept the good energy going. My day was one of meeting a deadline (I tend to be rather last minute!) and doing chores. Lots of puffy clouds and intermittent showers, but managed to get the lawn mowed!
Have a great visit with your friends at the WabiSabi B&B! 😉

  2. What a beautiful treat! I love it. I’m glad you enjoyed your Artist’s Date. I once did the 12 week Artist’s Way, and it’s what got me started on my novel. I need to get back to those Artist Dates! 🙂

  3. Glad you had an artist’s date. That sounds wonderful. My friend and I went to an artists date (with another friend) last weekend. We hand-crafted and painted and made little books, as well as wrote. I should think your artist is treated very well–she gets to write and photograph and play so very often.

Comments are delightful and always appreciated. I will respond when I can (life is keeping me busy!), and/or come around to visit you at your place soon. Thank you!
