Robin is... too many things to list, but here is a start: an artist and writer; a photographer and saunterer; a daughter and sister and granddaughter; a friend, a partner, a wife, a mother, and a grandmother; a gardener, a great and imaginative cook, and the creator of wonderful sandwiches.

I think I’m too scared to go on a Ferris Wheel again, though I used to love doing so. Did you decide on grocery shopping or Despicable Me?
I’ve been on a Ferris wheel once. That was enough. Not even my teen adventurous spirit could get me back on then and certainly I would not try it now. Or I don’t think I would. (However, if it were the London Eye out Melbourne’s Southern Star, that’s a different story.)
Despicable Me is a must see. If not today, layer in their visit? Whatever you do, have fun!
I was a little afraid to go on the ferris wheel, Corina, but I have been trying to branch out beyond my fears and phobias. I am so glad I did it. The view was wonderful. 🙂
The ferris wheel sounds like fun, but I don’t think I could ever brave one, I’m too afraid of heights. Your whole visit to Ocean City sounds great; you are making magical memories with your family. ❤
Thank you, Joanne. 🙂 I am afraid of heights, too. As I just mentioned to Corina, I’m trying to branch out a little when it comes to my fears and phobias. I will admit there was some heart-pounding going on in my chest, especially when we had to sit at the top for a few minutes as they started unloading people from the cars at the bottom, but mostly, it was a good experience.
Rainy day here, too. We needed the lawn watered. 🙂 We went to the movies, too. Saw Meryl Streep’s newest ‘Ricky and the Flash’ which we enjoyed. Her real life daughter played her acting daughter. The message was a statement on how women aren’t supposed to sacrifice their family for their dreams, the opposite is expected. Won’t hit top 10, but interesting enough to recommend seeing. Hope you enjoy the rest of your week.
I’ve seen the ads for “Ricky and the Flash,” Eliza, and have wondered about it. Thanks for the review and the recommendation. I’ll add it to my list. 🙂
The reviews weren’t all that good and maybe it isn’t top notch, but at least it was entertaining and it had a decent message. I usually run counter to the critics anyway. 😉
I have watched the movies featuring he minions over the years thanks to my young daughters. They are fun and, as always, the films are sprinkled with references for adult amusement. Enjoy the movie.
It was a rainy day here in Maine yesterday too. We opted for the movie (saw Fantastic Four) – I liked Despicable Me better, LOL! Fogged in this morning, hoping it burns off soon! Hope you’re having a great time with your family.
Comments are delightful and always appreciated. I will respond when I can (life is keeping me busy!), and/or come around to visit you at your place soon. Thank you! Cancel reply
